Dembla Valves Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001 : 2000 company and the Accreditation is by BVQI ( UKAS Quality Management). Another approval came in the form of a certificate of Design Assignment from American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). Both these are a clear pointers towards the high quality standards that we At Dembla maintain.
To satisfy customers stringent & ever increasing quality requirements Dembla has in house facilities-

  1. Ultra modern Hydro testing machines.
  2. Positive Material Identification (PMI).
  3. All NDT testings.
  4. Helium mass spectrometer (Fuggitive emission leak testing).
  5. Cryogenic Testing.
  6. Fire safe Test equipment to meet requirements of API 607 & API 6FA.
  7. Vacuum Testing.
  8. Lasted painting inspection equipments including, surface roughness comparators, surface cleanliness comparators, wet film thickness gauge, dry film thickness gauge & adhesion testing equipment.
